my birthday!

the day started with lila, jeneen and max surprising me with flowers and a cake! complete with candles and singing! thank you! that evening, chris and i went on a little rainy hike to racehorse falls, which was beautiful, and picked some mystery berries, which were delicious...(what's that rhyme...purple always, red sometimes, white never...what about yellow?!)
